RETURNS & REFUNDS

All artwork sold is unique and final sale. Refunds are only available if the artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon approval and issued to the original payment method. If a replacement artwork is available and agreed upon, it will be shipped instead of a refund. Refunds cover the full purchase price, including VAT and shipping costs. However, custom-made or commissioned artwork cannot be refunded unless damaged during shipping. The refund will only be processed once the damaged artwork has been returned in its original packaging.
