SHIPPING POLICY

VISIT AND BY ART IN THE STUDIO

It is possible to purchase artwork directly from the artist’s studio in Denmark by appointment. In this case, the price will include only the cost of the artwork, any optional framing, and 25% VAT. No packing or shipping fees will apply.

DELIVERY AREA

We ship within Denmark and Europe. Shipping costs, including insurance, are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAME

WE use trusted carriers with track-and-trace systems. Delivery times vary based on location and will be communicated before dispatch.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

If additional shipping costs arise due to special delivery requirements, such as remote locations, islands, or other specific addresses, the buyer will be responsible for these extra charges. The seller will inform the buyer of any additional costs before the shipment is sent and before the payment is processed.

PACKING

  • Framed Drawings: Protected with tape, acid-free foam, bubble wrap, and double-layered cardboard.
  • Unframed Drawings: Rolled in acid-free film, sealed in plastic, and packed in a sturdy cardboard tube.
  • Small Paintings (40-60 cm): Secured with acid-free foam, bubble wrap, and a double-layered cardboard box.
  • Large Paintings (200-210 cm): Packed in an acid-free, approved plywood box with secure mounting.
